Terms of Service — CakeManager

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service (hereinafter — the "Agreement") constitute a public offer and govern the relationship between the owner of the CakeManager service (hereinafter — the "Administration") and the user (hereinafter — the "User") when using the CakeManager mobile application.

By registering in the application or using it, the User fully accepts the terms of this Agreement.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Administration provides the User with access to the application's functionality for managing orders, clients, recipes, ingredients, and finances of a confectionery business.

3. Rights and Obligations of the User

The User agrees to:

• Provide accurate information during registration and use of the service;
• Not transfer account access to third parties;
• Be solely responsible for client data entered into the service;
• Comply with the legislation of the Russian Federation, including Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

4. Rights and Obligations of the Administration

The Administration undertakes to:

• Ensure the operability of the service;
• Protect personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy;
• Provide technical support.

The Administration has the right to:

• Temporarily suspend the service for maintenance;
• Modify functionality and terms of the Agreement with notification to users;
• Block an account in case of violation of the Agreement terms.

5. Premium Subscription and Payments

The basic functionality of the application is provided free of charge with limitations (limits on the number of orders, recipes, clients, and ingredients).

The Premium subscription provides extended capabilities. Subscription terms, pricing, and payment procedures are published in the application and on the website.

Payment is made through the methods available in the application. Refunds are possible in accordance with the law and payment system rules.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the application, design, code, and content belong to the Administration. The User has no right to copy, modify, or distribute the service materials without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Administration is not liable for:

• Losses arising from the use or inability to use the service;
• Actions or inaction of third parties;
• Violation by the user of the rights of third parties (including clients);
• Data loss due to user fault or force majeure.

8. Term and Termination

The Agreement is valid indefinitely from the moment of account activation.

The User may delete their account at any time. The Administration may terminate access to the service in case of violation of the Agreement terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute is referred to the court at the location of the Administration in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

10. Final Provisions

The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement. The current version is always available in the application.

The invalidity of individual provisions does not affect the validity of the Agreement as a whole.
